My Personal Journey
For over a decade, I struggled with disordered eating, poor body image, and an unhealthy relationship with exercise. Every diet left me feeling more broken, every workout felt like punishment, and the mirror became my enemy. I know the pain of tying your worth to a number on the scale, because I lived it.
But through my own healing journey and my work as a personal trainer and nutritionist, I discovered that: True health isn’t about punishment or perfection. It’s about nourishment, joy, and self-compassion. Our body is a vessel that lead us to live a flourishing life, experience every day moments, create and sustain lives, through pregnancy, postpartum and beyond. It’s not simply something just to look at.
Why I’m Different
The fitness industry often sells us a narrow vision of health – one that prioritises appearance over wellbeing, quick results over lasting change. I’ve seen firsthand how this approach can damage to our health, physically and mentally.
