Before I explain more about what online coaching programme is, let me first of all explain what our online coaching isn’t.

Our “Strong in Motherhood” programme isn’t a diet, although it will almost certainly involve you changing your eating habits and dropping inches.

 It also isn’t about simply telling you to cut out carbs, alcohol and eat less junk food – you know all that already! And sometimes, as a Mum, I’d encourage you to “Eat that ice cream”. Let me explain WHY I’m not promoting a fad diet!

Working 1:1 with me, I will help you to identify the specific things holding back your progress, so we can target the root of the problem.

We will implement solutions to the things that always hold you back, so you consistently get results at a pace you’re happy with. I will help you to ditch the fad diets for good, and learn to eat in a way that aligns with your goals and lets you enjoy your life and focus on your career.  

You will also understand how to exercise in a way that actually works for you.  You don’t need to do endless hours in the gym, hours of cardio, HIIT workouts, or anything you don’t enjoy. We will work together to develop a clear, simple, step by step training plan that fits in with your lifestyle, and leaves you looking and feeling amazing.

We will also work closely on prioritising your mental health and wellbeing. I understand life after having kid can be 180 degree different to how it was before. It can be stressful at times, so we will work together on helping you to manage that stress, build a strong and resilient mindset, improve your relationship with food, and feel more confident and comfortable in your body. 

I will give you all the support and guide you every step of the way so you stay accountable and keep taking persistent action to create massive, life changing transformations.
