SowmyaI have been training with Carrie since May 2021 and have seen significant changes not only in weight but also my physical appearance, energy levels and overall wellbeing. I was diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes in early 2021 and with the help of Carrie and her guidance on meal plans, macro nutrients and strength training within 8 months, I am no longer diabetic.
I appreciate that instead of rushing through a set plan Carrie eased me into the training as well as diet plans at my pace. She also incorporated and researched healthier vegetarian options with me.
