Before I explain more about what online coaching programme is, let me first of all explain what my 1-1 personalised online coaching isn’t.
My online coaching programme isn’t a diet, although it will almost certainly involve you changing your eating habits and dropping inches if that’s your goal and something you truly want.
It also isn’t about simply telling you to cut out carbs, alcohol and eat less junk food – you know all that already! And sometimes, I’d encourage you to “Eat that ice cream” because it can still part of your healthy lifestyle. Food is more than just fuel! It’s nourishment, enjoyment, culture, connection and more. Let me explain WHY I’m not promoting a fad diet!
