I pride myself on building safe and caring relationships with clients, so that they feel comfortable and confident around me.
Personal training with me is not about being shouted at during an intense exercise session. This isn’t fun and isn’t likely to help you achieve your weight loss or fitness goals.
Instead, I will support you to make a whole lifestyle change. This may include changing your mindset, overhauling your eating habits and increasing your level of physical activity in a steady and sustainable way. My aim is to leave you with healthy behaviours that will last a lifetime.
I will introduce you to a variety of exercises while using a wide range of equipment whilst designing a programme that works for you and your goals.
